We want you to love your Comètes pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [your email] with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
